Objectives include identifying effective sustainability policies, assessing their impact on business operations, and evaluating their contribution to long-term success. A survey design is chosen for its ability to collect extensive data from various business sectors. The sample size of 350 respondents, determined using Taro Yamane's formula, ensures statistical significance. The study focuses on the manufacturing sector in Lagos, known for its sustainability challenges. The reliability coefficient score for the survey instrument is 0.87, indicating high reliability. Findings reveal that comprehensive sustainability policies significantly contribute to achieving business goals by improving efficiency and reducing environmental impact. The study recommends that businesses should integrate sustainability into their core strategies to achieve long-term success.
